This page explains how to delete your Fundsy account
and what happens to your data.

1. Delete it in the app (immediate)
- Open Fundsy and go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm. If asked, sign in again first.
- Your account and data are removed straight away.
2. Ask by email
If you can no longer open the app, send an email from the address you
use in Fundsy to fundsy@int.pl with the subject
"Delete my account". The account and data are deleted within
30 days and you get a confirmation.
3. What is deleted
- your account: email address, username and sign-in data,
- all budget data in the Fundsy cloud: envelopes, transactions, bank accounts, goals, payees, settings and history.
4. What is kept
- Trial record — a record that a free trial was used (a normalised email address and the device identifier) is kept so the free trial cannot be started again. It contains no budget data.
- Feedback you sent from the app, without a link to your account.
- Subscription records kept by Google Play and RevenueCat under their own rules (for billing and tax).
- Analytics and crash data in Google Firebase, which is not linked to your email and expires under Firebase retention settings.
- Your own backups (a file on your phone or in your Google Drive) stay under your control — delete them yourself if you want.
Usunięcie konta (PL)
- W aplikacji (od razu): Ustawienia → Konto → Usuń konto. Jeśli aplikacja poprosi, zaloguj się ponownie.
- Mailowo: napisz z adresu używanego w Fundsy na fundsy@int.pl, temat „Usuń moje konto”. Usuwamy konto i dane w ciągu 30 dni.
- Usuwane: konto (e-mail, nazwa użytkownika, dane logowania) i wszystkie dane budżetu w chmurze Fundsy.
- Zostaje: zapis o wykorzystanym okresie próbnym (znormalizowany e-mail i identyfikator urządzenia), opinie wysłane z aplikacji bez powiązania z kontem, dane subskrypcji w Google Play i RevenueCat, statystyki i raporty awarii w Firebase niepowiązane z e-mailem oraz Twoje własne kopie zapasowe.
